Shipping

Standard fulfillment & shipping is a 5-10 business days process after an order has been placed.

Free standard shipping within the US, orders of $40 or more aren't charged anything extra (not including promotions). Express shipping within the Us is free on any order above $100 (not including promotions).

We also offer international shipping at great rates. This service takes anywhere up to 7-10 days.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your results, you have 30 days after purchasing the product to simply return it for a full refund. Please contact us hi@modeloskin.com for assistance.

Please note that the shipping cost on any return or exchange is not on us. If there was any shipping cost involved on your original order, cannot be refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments including Canada.
